When purchasing ammunition from BAM, the buyer agrees to the following:

• You are at least 21
• You are legally allowed to buy and receive ammunition
• You are NOT in one of the following states: New York, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey. These states have laws limiting ammunition sales and requiring background checks.
• You are having your product shipped to a physical address. No PO Boxes allowed
• You have never renounced your citizenship
• You are not a fugitive
• You have never been (or in the process of) being dishonorably discharged from a branch of the United States Military
• You have never been declared mentally incompetent or been committed to a mental institution
• You are not under indictment for, or been convicted of any crime which has resulted in jail time greater than a year
• You are not a user of any type of illegal uncontrolled substance
• You are not an illegal alien
• You have never been convicted of domestic violence
• You will not export any product in an unauthorized manner

Please note - you are responsible for how the product you purchase gets used. BAM is not responsible for any damages or civil liability related to the products which you have purchased. It Is your responsibility to know your local/state laws before the purchase. Also note- we aim to make our ammunition as safe as possible but it is your responsibility to use it in the appropriate firearms that are in good, working condition.
